We will start shipping Nano Exact G5 orders this upcoming week. If you are in the USA shipping time is only 2 to 5 business days. for most orders.

what are you talking about i pulled up your info you received your whole order of T50's. Then you returned a player after you corrupted the system files. That is not covered by warranty and us at DK tried to still work it out with you.
From my experience, you'll pay for shipping, plus the item you ordered and chances are that you'll receive part of it or nothing at all.
