Vigor Plus Question

Dear DK Team,

I am really glad you have a new forum now
I have ordered through the VIGOR PLUS a while ago and I have been quite pleased with it
But as mentionned in previous emails, the radio and speaker still don't work properly
Any idea what this could be?

Please tell me what exactly is the problem with the radio & the speaker.

Here we go
1)The FM transmitter works properly but the FM received cannot detect any FM channels although I am in a perfectly covered area

2)In the menu I could not find any way to activate the speaker - please let me know how I should do then or if you have newer version of the sotfware

I'm just going to guess on this one. Most - if not all mp3 players - that I know of or used, use the headphones for an antenna. So when it is on radio the speaker function probably isn't available because then you wouldn't have the head phones in, therefore, no antenna. Like I said, this is just a guess. I've never used a Ipod clone with radio function before. Let me know how it works.

In my case, the speaker does not work for all functions ( not only radio). Also in the software, I can't find any option for it...strange also I can physically see the speaker on the back of the player

Ok, that is weird. It must be a software issue. You don't know anyone that has a nano exact ver.1 do you? I just bought one from this site and am a little concerned about the quality. I bought a whole lot direct from china and they were nothing like the guy said. He did say they were just like the picture, but the picture was of some real nanos. Hell two of them is all I opened and they kept turning on and off so I gave up. Over half I ordered had cracked cases. Now I have to try and get money back. He said he would refund before if I didn't like but we'll see. It's going to cost 30 or more dollars just to ship back.
